When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted. My food was cooked fresh to order (keep this in mind if you see people complain about wait times- freshly cooked meat is not instant) and it came out HOT! The food was tasty, the portion sizes were generous, and I watched the cashier greet each customer and saw she was familiar with many of them. In their down time, the staff was cleaning and keeping the place spotless. The pricing was spot on for what I ordered.

Came in and was greeted by staff at the register, a very friendly woman. Ordered two two item combos and chicken potstickers. The tea machine was out of order but they have other drinks available. The food was quick to come out, maybe less than ten minutes, and it was delicious. It feels like a hole in the wall Ono Hawaiian with more options, and more authentic taste. You can see the chef cooking behind the counter. Overall great vibes and food.
